IT'S SHAMEFUL TO REFERS AS AN ISLAMIC WAY OF MARRIAGE!!!!
Conventional Sunni and Shia Islamic marital jurisprudence permits Muslim men to be married to a couple of women (a practice referred to as polygyny). Men may have up to four wives at a time consistent with the Islamic jurisprudence.
The verse most commonly referred to with the topic of polygamy is verse 3 of Surah 4 An-Nisa (Women). A translation by Mufti Taqi Usman is shown below:
"If you fear that you will not do justice to the orphans, then, marry the women you like, in twos, in threes and in fours. But, if you fear that you will not maintain equity, then (keep to) one woman, or bondwomen you own. It will be closer to abstaining from injustice". [ Qur’an, Sura 4 (An-Nisa), Ayah 3]
The first part of the verse (.... marry the women you like, in two,in three and in four....) clearly indicates that you can only marry four(4) women at a time. Second part {---- if you fear that you will not maintain equity, then (keep to) One women----}, Here what is considered is the man's ability to justify among the women( wives) but not the man's sexual definition. Does Islam allows polygamy practice of two blood sisters?
Islam is a high dignity, and respectful religion that protects all right and fundamental freedom of all creatures on the universal. Remember it is the code of life for human development.
Marriage of two blood sisters is prohibited in Islam as mentioned in Qu'ran 4:23. "˹Also˺ forbidden to you for marriage are your mothers, your daughters, your sisters, your paternal and maternal aunts, your brother’s daughters, your sister’s daughters, your foster-mothers, your foster-sisters, your mothers-in-law, your stepdaughters under your guardianship if you have consummated marriage with their mothers—but if you have not, then you can marry them—nor the wives of your own sons, nor two sisters together at the same time—except what was done previously. Surely Allah is All-Forgiving, Most Merciful.
In the above verse states The forbidden Marriage that , these are: you are Forbidded to Marry
1. Your family members. Likes Mother/father, daughter/Son, sister/brother, paternal and maternal aunt/uncle, your brother's daughter/son, your sister's daughter/son,
2. Breastfeeding: Fostor mother and foster sister/brother,
3. your mothers-in-law,
4. Your stepdaughters under your guardianship if you have consummated marriage with their mothers—but if you have not, then you can marry them.
5. The wives of your own sons, and
6. Not to marry two sisters together at the same time.
Therefore, a Muslim man is allowed to marry upto four wives that is only if he can maintain justice. For those who have married more than four, remember that only 4 wives are Halal for you, the rest Haram in fact there is no Nikkah!!!.
And if you married two blood sisters you have leave one, otherwise you're doing Zinah!!! Adultery.
